This Privacy Policy describes how PicSky Studio Corporation (“PicSky Studio”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) protects your privacy when you use PicSky Studio services (the “PicSky Studio” or “PicSky Studio Service”). We fully respect and protect users’ personal privacy. While providing you with quality of services.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PICSKY STUDIO SERVICE, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO DISCLOSE, STORAGE, USE AND OF PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “POLICY”). YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS PART OF AND INCORPORATED INTO PICSKY STUDIO TERMS OF USE ("Terms of Use"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE THE PICSKY STUDIO SERVICE.

This Privacy Policy applies to information (including personal information) collected through the PicSky Studio Service.

1. How we collect and use information

1.1 We collect the following types of information about you

Information we automatically collect:- When you visit the Site, we automatically collect some information. For example, it is standard for your Web browser to automatically send information to every Web site you visit, including ours. Such information includes your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring Web site addresses. We also collect and combine information about devices you use to access PicSky Studio Servces, and information about your usage and activity on the Site.

Cookies:- We automatically collect certain information through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive by a Web site. Among other things, the use of cookies helps us to improve the Site and your experience on the Site. We use cookies to see which areas and features of the Site are most popular, to count the number of computers accessing the Site, to personalize your experience and to remember your preferences. If your browser is set not to accept cookies or if you reject a cookie, you may not be able to access certain features or services of the Site.

Photo Capture:- As a photography product, we will receive the EXIF data about your photos. EXIF data may contain GPS coordinates where photos were taken and processed, equipment type, ISO and information about front and rear cameras and creation time, depending on the equipment manufacturer: Use of camera data requires that you consent to the use of camera rights, and camera data cannot usually be used to identify specific individuals and will be used to improve the camera service

Photo View:- For easy viewing of all photos, as well as managing photos, we provide an album function for you. The application will use your picture (album) name, picture (album) type, and picture (album) size in viewing pictures and album information, Picture (album) creation time, pictures (album) storage directory and other information. Reading and displaying picture information requires you to agree with the app’s use of storage permissions. All photo data will be processed locally and will not be uploaded.

Service quality measurement:- In order to measure the quality of service of a product and thus provide you with better services experience and other new services, we will collect the following information during your use of the service, and the information obtained will only be used for this purpose.

Activation information: application information including application package name, application version, and application installation time; system information such as Android ID, system language, system version, system time zone, and Google service version; screen resolution, mobile phone brand, mobile phone model, etc.; Network card information and other devices information; network types, operators and other network information.

Usage information: application information including application package name, application version, and application installation time; system information such as system language, and system time zone; screen resolution and other device information.

Provide stable services:- In order to provide you with a stable service, we will collect the following related information for locating, analyzing ,and improving problems in the event of product. And the information is only used for this purpose.

Crash information: When our product crashes, you can choose whether to upload crash information. Then we will get the uploaded crash information, including application name, application version, application installation time, application signature and other application information; country code, system language, system time zone, memory information and other system information; screen resolution, mobile phone brand, horizontal screens, vertical screens and other information; crash process name, crash time, system non-sensitive log at crash, and crash log of this application.

AI cutout:- In order to achieve faster and more accurate cutout effect, we provide you with the basic AI cutout function. Using this, you only need a few seconds to complete cutout. To improve the accuracy of AI cutout, we need to get your original cutout data. Please note that this function is activated by default.

Feedback:- You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.

In-App Purchase:- This Product enables In-App purchase. We do not process payments for In-App purchase nor have access to your credit card information.

Payment transactions for In-App purchase are completed through the app store via your Google Play account. Any post-purchase processes are controlled by Google stores and are subject to specific terms of such Google stores. Please review Privacy Policy and terms of service of your Google stores.

1.2 What permissions do we use to get your data

Take pictures and videos:- We use this permission because the Camera app needs this permission to take pictures.

Read, modify or delete the contents of your storage as your instructions:- Read, Modify or delete the contents of your SD card as your instructions. We use this permission so that you can save new pictures to your SD card.

Modify system settings:- This permission is used to switch or adjust volume and brightness level of the screen for video playing.

Receive OneSignal notification:- This permission allows users to receive OneSignal notification for subscription services.

Run at startup:- PicSky Studio will run at startup to provide users with services.

2. How we sharing of your information

We will share with or transfer or disclose your personal data to a third party with your consent or explicit instructions. In addition, to improve the quality of our service, we may also share with or transfer or disclose your personal data to a third party under the following circumstances.

Who we may share your information with:- Generally speaking, we share information with others in an aggregated and anonymous form that does not reasonably identify you directly as an individual.

We may share your information with third-party business partners, consultants and service providers that perform services on our behalf for the purpose of providing PicSky Studio Service to you (e.g., email providers, advertising networks, content or service fulfilment, analytics companies, Notification company, etc.). Those business partners will be given limited access to your information that is reasonably necessary to deliver PicSky Studio Service.

Who you may choose to share your information with:- You may also choose to share your information with friends through email or various social media sites.

Share of your personal data as required by law:-Subject to compliance with this Policy, we may be required to share or disclose your personal data under certain circumstances, such as in accordance with laws and regulations, and compulsory requirements of government orders; to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of yours, ours, and third parties; and to prevent or deal with fraud, secure or technical problems.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Keeping your information safe:- PicSky Studio cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through PicSky Studio Service. However, PicSky Studio cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to PicSky Studio or guarantee that information on PicSky Studio Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to the functionality of PicSky Studio distributors, such as social networks. PicSky Studio is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

Personal data storage term:- Browsing history, bookmarks, web page data, cookie, downloading file information, and search history are all stored locally and are available throughout the application lifecycle. You can manually clear this data at any time.
The access records, application execution logs, and application debug logs of the cloud service are stored on the server for a short period of time, typically 7 days. If this period expires, we will delete or anonymize the data.


Compromise of information:- In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, PicSky Studio will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

4. How you access and control your information

We respect your right to control and make choices about your information. You may request PicSky Studio to:

  • provide you with information we collect about you

  • transfer your information to another controller of your choice, when technically feasible

  • delete (please see below for more details on deletion)

  • update, edit or modify your information or

  • change your privacy preferences at any time

We believe that you proceed to use our PicSky Studio Services upon accepting all the terms in our Terms of Services, which incorporate also the terms of this Privacy Policy. And as such we have your consent in processing and using your data as defined above. However, you are also free to choose to withdraw your consent and request us to cease processing your information by sending us a notice. When we receive your withdrawal of consent, we will no longer process your corresponding personal data. In such case your withdrawal will not affect the legitimacy of the prior data processing.

Rejection of personalized advertising:- You may always choose whether to receive promotional emails, messages, calls, and mails from us or third parties. You may also choose to no longer receive personalized advertisements through Settings in this Product.

We will no longer use your personal data for the above-mentioned commercial promotion purposes when you refuse to receive personalized advertisements. But for our free service, you will still receive non-personalized advertisements. Your corresponding information will not be used to mark or identify you and will only be used to calculate the frequency of advertisements, advertising reports, or to screen for fraud and dishonesty.

Respond to your requests:- We may first verify your identity upon receipt of your request, and may request you to provide the necessary information for authentication.

We will respond to your request on the 30th day after we receive your request and communicate with you in an appropriate way. If necessary, we may extend it (by an additional 30-day at most), and will inform you of the reason for the extension of the deadline on the 30th day after receiving your request. If we have reasonable reasons to believe that no measures are needed to respond your request, we will inform you of our decision 30 days from the date of receipt of your request and provide you with appropriate explanation.

We will use best efforts to help you resolve relevant problems.

5. Children’s privacy

PICSKY STUDIO SERVICES ARE NOT MEANT FOR PEOPLE UNDER 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. 
We will implement relevant technical measures and make our best efforts to verify whether the processing of minors’ information has been approved by their guardians.

6. Links to Other Websites and Services

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from PicSky Studio Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from PicSky Studio Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and we do not exercise control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third party website or service (like Facebook or Twitter) and you allow such a third party access to your User Content, you do so at your own risk. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) and from other sources other than through PicSky Studio Service.

7. A Note to California Residents

California Privacy Rights:- California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to support@picskystudio.com. Please note that we will respond to one request per customer each year, unless otherwise required by law.

Our California Do Not Track Notice:- Some browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

Deletion of Content from California Residents:- If you are a California resident under the age of eighteen (18) and a registered user of the Services, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to remove content or personal information you have publicly posted. If you wish to remove such content or personal information and you specify which content or personal information you wish to be removed, we will do so in accordance with applicable law. Please be aware that after removal you may not be able to restore removed content or personal information. In addition, such removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or personal information you have posted, and there may be circumstances in which the law does not require us to enable removal of content.

8. A Note to EU Residents

We will endeavour to protect your personal data with the measures stipulated in Article 46 and Article 47 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Privacy laws are undergoing significant changes in Europe and we may need to further update our Privacy Policy as laws take effect and regulators provide additional guidance. While we will always notify you of any material updates, we encourage you to revisit our Privacy Policy from time to keep current with any changes.

When we change the policy in a material manner, we will update the ‘last updated’ date at the top of this page. Please do completely read and fully understand the updated Privacy Policy. By continuing to use this Product, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated version of this Policy. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent.
